Teacher's Comments
Thank you for your writing submission. The ruler was a very useful invention. You have put a lot of work into this and tried very hard to express yourself in English. I found numerous mistakes in your writing. You made a number of errors with the use of articles. It may be best to review the basic use of articles, before moving on with your studies. Also, please take care with your punctuation and remember to leave a space AFTER all punctuation (. , ! ? etc). I have corrected the first couple of errors as an example, [ruler.]][(PU)(>>ruler. )]]. You really need to practice you writing before moving to the next level. Good effort and best of luck on your future writings.
Describing your country's economy Teacher's Comments
Good work! This was well written and easy to read. The clear writing made it interesting for me to read about this topic. It is good that you have confidence in the economy in China. I would recommend reviewing articles and plurals in the grammar guide as you have made a couple of errors with these….Before the revolution and opening to the outside world, China's economy was(AR)(>>a)planed (WC)(>>planned)economy and all the resource (PL)(>>resources )were owned by the nation. Overall this was well done. Study hard and best of luck with your future online studies. Keep up the good work. Good luck!
Editing Remarks
AG=agreement(I AM, she IS) AR=article (a, an, the) C=capitalisation CO=combine sentences D=delete EX=expression or idiom I(x)=insert x MW=missing word NS=new sentence NSW=no such word PH=phraseology Yes, I think so.
What am I doing next?
I will continue study English in my way.
I will read books written in English, watch videos in English , maybe I will choose the series, the west wing.
Read news from http://www.aol.com/
Do I have a further plan?
Yes. I think maybe I will go back to school to study some more things and get a master degree, or I will takes some EMAB or MBA class and get a degree.
I don’t know much about the life and future. Some time it is better to listen to the inner voice of yourself than to do everything carefully. Just live your life and you can find your way.

Nickelback Gotta Be Somebody Lyrics
Songwriters: N/A
Send "Gotta Be Somebody" Ringtone to your Cell
Gotta Be Somebody- Nickelback
This time I wonder what it feels like
To find the one in this life
The one we all dream of
But dreams just aren't enough
So I´ll be waiting for the real thing.
I know it by the feeling.
The moment when we´re meeting
Will play out like a scene straight off the silver screen
So I`ll be holdin’ my breath
Right up to the end
Until that moment when
I find the one that I spend forever with
`Cause nobody wants to be the last one there.
'Cause everyone wants to feel like someone cares.
Someone to love with my life in their hands.
There`s gotta be somebody for me like that.
`Cause nobody wants to go it on their own
And everyone wants to know they´re not alone.
Somebody else that feels the same somewhere.
There`s gotta be somebody for me out there.
Tonight out on the street out in the moonlight
And damn it this feels too right
It´s just like Déjà Vu
Me standin’ here with you
So I´ll be holdin`my breath
Could this be the end?
Is it that moment when
I find the one that I spend forever with?
‘Cause nobody wants to be the last one there
'Cause everyone wants to feel like someone cares.
Someone to love with my life in their hands.
There´s gotta be somebody for me like that.
`Cause nobody wants to go it on their own
And everyone wants to know they´re not alone.
Is there somebody else that feels the same somewhere?
There`s gotta be somebody for me out there.
You can´t give up!
Lookin´ for that diamond in the rough
Because you never know when it shows up
Make sure you´re holdin` on
‘Cause it could be the one, the one you´re waiting on
‘Cause nobody wants to be the last one there.
'Cause everyone wants to feel like someone cares.
Someone to love with my life in their hands.
There has gotta be somebody for me
Ohhhhhh.
Nobody wants to go it on their own
And everyone wants to know they´re not alone.
Is there somebody else that feels the same somewhere?
There `s gotta be somebody for me out there.
Nobody wants to be the last one there
And everyone wants to feel like someone cares.
Is there somebody else that feels the same somewhere?
There has gotta be somebody for me out there.
Nickelback is a Canadian rock band formed in Hanna, Alberta by Chad Kroeger, Mike Kroeger, Ryan Peake and then-drummer Brandon Kroeger (the current drummer of Nickelback being Daniel Adair). The band is one of the most popular of the modern post-grunge genre, along with groups such as 3 Doors Down and Daughtry, performing in a significantly more radio-friendly style than the traditional, early 1990s grunge music era. Although the founders of the band hail from Hanna, Alberta, a small town east of Calgary, they are now based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. The band's name originates from the nickel in change that band member Mike Kroeger gave customers at his Starbucks job—he would frequently say, "Here's your nickel back".[1]
The band is signed to EMI at home and Roadrunner Records for the rest of the world. In July 2008, the band signed with Live Nation for three touring and album cycles, with an option for a fourth cycle. The contract includes recordings, touring, merchandise and other rights.[2]

Christina Aguilera - Keeps Getting Better Lyrics
Step back gonna come at ya fast
I'm driving out of control
And getting ready to crash
Won't stop shaking up what I can
I serve it up in a shot
So suck it down like a man
So baby yes I know what I am
And no I don't give a damn
And you'll be loving it
Some days I'm a super bitch
Up to my old tricks
But it won't last forever
Next day I'm your super girl
Out to save the world
And it keeps gettin' better
Kiss kiss gonna tell you right now
I'll make it sweet on the lips as it can knock you out
Shut up I don't care what you say
Cuz when we both in the ring you're gonna like it my way
Yeah baby there's a villain in me so sexy sour and sweet
And you'll be loving it
Hold on
Keeps gettin' better
Hold on
Keeps gettin' better
In the blink of an eye
In the speed of the light
I'll hold the universe up
And make your planets collide
When I strap on my boots
And I slip on my suit
You see the vixen in me
Becomes an angel for you
Christina María Aguilera (born December 18, 1980) is an American pop/R&B singer and songwriter. After appearing on local talent shows and the Disney Channel's The New Mickey Mouse Club, she was signed to RCA Records after recording "Reflection"[3] for the film Mulan. She came to prominence following her debut album Christina Aguilera (1999), which was a commercial success spawning three number one singles on the Billboard Hot 100.[4] A Latin pop album, Mi Reflejo (2001), and several collaborations followed which garnered Aguilera worldwide success, but she was displeased with the lack of input in her music and image.
After parting from her management, Aguilera took creative control over her second studio album Stripped (2002),[5] which received mixed reviews and produced substantial sales. The second single, "Beautiful", was a commercial success and sustained the album's sales amidst controversy over Aguilera's sexual image.[6][7][8] Aguilera's third studio album Back to Basics (2006), included elements of soul, jazz, and blues music, and was released to positive critical reception. She will release her greatest hits album, Keeps Gettin' Better - A Decade of Hits scheduled for release on November 11, 2008.[9]
Kevin Rudolf - Let It Rock Lyrics
(Feat. Lil' Wayne)
(Verse 1 : Kevin Rudolph)
I see your dirty face
High behind your collar
What is done in vain
Truth is hard to swallow
So you pray to God
To justify the way you live a lie, live a lie, live a lie
And you take your time
And you do your crime
Well you made your bed
I'm in mine
(Chorus)
Because when I arive
I bring the fire
Make you come alive
I can take you higher
What is this, forgot?
I must now remind you
Let It Rock
(Verse 2: Kevin Rudolph)
Now the son's discrased
He, who knew his father
When he cursed his name
Turned, and chased the dollar
But it broke his heart
So he stuck his middle finger
To the world
To the world
To the world
And you take your time
And you stand in line
Well you'll get what's yours
I got mine
(Chorus...)
(Verse 3: Lil Wayne)
Yeah!
Wayne's world
Planet Rock
Panties drop
And the tops
And she gunna rock 'til the camera stop
And I sing about angels like angelock-?
And pay m-?
A-?
A-?
A-?
?
Im in here up like b***h what's up
Mechanic, me, I can fix you up
I can f**k you up
I can f**k you down
Shorty we can go wherever just pick a town
And the jewelry is louder than an A-?
Big xxx rocks like off the ground
-?
(Chorus)
(x2)
Just Let It Rock
(Lil Wayne)
Im back like I forgot somethin
Im somethin
-? Rock rubbin' rap runnin'
Miles like I'm trying to get a fat stomach
Like Wayne the personal trainer
My aim is perfect I'll bang ya
Period, Like the remainder
(Kevin Rudolph)
I wish I could be
As cool as you
And I wish I could say
The things you do
But I can't and I won't live a lie
No not this time

I fly like paper, get high like planes
If you catch me at the border I got visas in my name
If you come around here, I make 'em all day
I get one down in a second if you wait
[x2]
Sometimes I feel sitting on trains
Every stop I get to I'm clocking that game
Everyone's a winner now we're making that fame
Bonafide hustler making my name
[x4]
All I wanna do is (BANG BANG BANG BANG!)
And (KKKAAAA CHING!)
And take your money
[x2]
Pirate skulls and bones
Sticks and stones and weed and bongs
Running when we hit 'em
Lethal poison through their system
[x2]
No one on the corner has swagger like us
Hit me on my Burner prepaid wireless
We pack and deliver like UPS trucks
Already going hell just pumping that gas

All I wanna do is (BANG BANG BANG BANG!)
And (KKKAAAA CHING!)
And take your money

100 Days in English Only. Day 7,8
Today, my parents came to shanghai. I speak some Chinese, because their English is abc English, I think. I take them to xintiandi, babyface and some bars at hengshan street. I think these place can represent the night life in shanghai.
I’m yours
Well you done done me and you bet I felt it
I tried to be chill but you're so hot that I melted
I fell right through the cracks
and now I'm trying to get back
Before the cool done run out
I'll be giving it my bestest
Nothing's going to stop me but divine intervention
I reckon it's again my turn to win some or learn some
I won't hesitate no more, no more
It cannot wait, I'm yours
do ya do ya do ya did
Well open up your mind and see like me
Open up your plans and damn you're free
Look into your heart and you'll find love love love
Listen to the music of the moment maybe sing with me
A la peaceful melody
And It's our God-forsaken right to be loved love loved love loved
So I won't hesitate no more, no more
It cannot wait I'm sure
There's no need to complicate
Our time is short
This is our fate, I'm yours
Scooch closer dear
and i will nibble your ear
I've been spending way too long checking my tongue in the mirror
And bending over backwards just to try to see it clearer
My breath fogged up the glass
And so I drew a new face and laughed
I guess what i be saying is there ain't no better reason
To rid yourself of vanity and just go with the seasons
It's what we aim to do
Our name is our virtue
I won't hesitate no more, no more
It cannot wait I'm sure
There's no need to complicate
Our time is short
this is our fate, I'm yours
Well no no, well open up your mind and see like me
Open up your plans and damn you're free
Look into your heart and you'll find love love love
Listen to the music of the moment come and dance with me
A lá one big family (2nd time: A lá happy family; 3rd time: A lá peaceful melody)
It's your God-forsaken right to be loved love love love
I won't hesitate no more, no more
It cannot wait, I'm sure
There's no need to complicate
Our time is short
This is our fate, I'm yours
No please, don't complicate
Our time is short
This is our fate, I'm yours
No please, don't hesitate
no more, no more
It cannot wait
The sky is your's!
Cracks
A break without separation of parts
Intervene
To come between disputing people, groups.
Reckon
To regard as
Nibble
To bite gently.

100 Days in English Only. Day 6
Say goodbye to wow. I am a player of world of war craft. And now I have no chance to play it, because it is too time-consuming and I want to do everything in English including games. Sometimes I miss the time I play wow. So, today I get on my wow and take a photo for a memory.
This is me. I am paladin in this game. I love to be a paladin, because I can be a tank, a healer or a dps(damage per second, means I can make a lot of damage to the enemy.)
It is a pity I won’t play this game. Maybe I will play some when we can play wrath of the lich king.
Here are some pictures happened before:

KATY PERRY LYRICS
"Hot N Cold"
You change your mind
Like a girl changes clothes
Yeah you, PMS
Like a bitch
I would know
And you over think
Always speak
Crypticly
I should know
That you're no good for me
[CHORUS]
Cause you're hot then you're cold
You're yes then you're no
You're in then you're out
You're up then you're down
You're wrong when it's right
It's black and it's white
We fight, we break up
We kiss, we make up
(you) You don't really want to stay, no
(but you) But you don't really want to go-o
You're hot then you're cold
You're yes then you're no
You're in and you're out
You're up and you're down
We used to be
Just like twins
So in sync
The same energy
Now's a dead battery
Used to laugh bout nothing
Now your plain boring
I should know that
You're not gonna change
[CHORUS]
Someone call the doctor
Got a case of a love bi-polar
Stuck on a roller coaster
Can't get off this ride
You change your mind
Like a girl changes clothes
[CHORUS]Hot N Cold Music Video

100 Days in English Only. Day 5
I did not get up on time today, so miss the classes in EF. I feel tired and sleepy, because I got a cold, I think. It is not as hot as several days before in Shanghai. To me, it is a good new, though I got a coldL, because the air conditioner dose not works in my room. You can imagine what summer means to me. I am a little down today and don’t want to go out, so I ordered pizza hut on net.
I can feel the progress with 4 whole days in English. At first, I can only catch maybe half of the words in voice of America, but now I can catch all the sound of the words some I understand some not. It was happened one night. It was amazing when I suddenly found I can catch all the words. It is just like suddenly you go into it and you don’t feel it is English. The feeling was, at that time, they are all just sounds very clearly heard not English. I don’t know if I describe the feeling exactly. Anyway, I suppose it is a progress. I will keep on and do my best.

Good luck, friends
David Archuleta Crush Lyrics
I hung up the phone tonight
Something happened for the first time deep inside
It was a rush, what a rush
'Cause the possibility
That you would ever feel the same way about me
It's just too much, just too much
Why do I keep running from the truth?
All I ever think about is you
You got me hypnotized, so mesmerized
And I've just got to know
Do you ever think when you're all alone
All that we can be, where this thing can go?
Am I crazy or falling in love?
Is it real or just another crush?
Do you catch a breath when I look at you?
Are you holding back like the way I do?
'Cause I'm trying and trying to walk away
But I know this crush ain't goin' away-ay-ay-ay-ayy
Goin' away-ay-ay-ay-ayy
Has it ever crossed your mind
When we're hanging, spending time girl, are we just friends?
Is there more, is there more?
See it's a chance we've gotta take
'Cause I believe that we can make this into something that will last
Last forever, forever
Do you ever think when you're all alone
All that we can be, where this thing can go?
Am I crazy or falling in love?
Is it real or just another crush?
Do you catch a breath when I look at you?
Are you holding back like the way I do?
'Cause I'm trying and trying to walk away
But I know this crush ain't goin' away-ay-ay-ay-ayy
Goin' away-ay-ay-ay-ayy
Why do I keep running from the truth?
All I ever think about is you
You got me hypnotized, so mesmerized
And I've just got to know
Do you ever think when you're all alone
All that we can be, where this thing can go?
Am I crazy or falling in love?
Is it real or just another crush?
Do you catch a breath when I look at you?
Are you holding back like the way I do?
'Cause I'm trying and trying to walk away
But I know this crush ain't goin' away-ay-ay-ay-ayy
This crush ain't goin' away-ay-ay-ay-ayy
Goin' away-ay-ay-ay-ayy
Goin' away-ay-ay-ay-ayy
Goin' away-ay-ay-ay-ayy
Mesmerize
To hypnotize.

100 Days in English Only. Day 4
Today, I finish all the units in level 9 in Englishtown
http://www.cn.englishtown.com/sp/lp/Home.aspx?bhcp=1
and I found some site for study English
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Main_Page
There is an article in unit 7 of level 9. I thought it was too difficult for a student in level 9, because I couldn’t understand even the main idea. I paste the article below. If you can understand, your English is much better than me.
Is the Death Penalty Unjust?
by the Congressional Quarterly Researcher
original article published March 10, 1995 Volume 5, No. 9
Supreme Court Justice Harry A. Blackmun, from an opinion dissenting from the Supreme Court's decision denying review in a Texas death penalty case, Callins v. Collins, Feb. 22, 1994.
"Bruce Edwin Callins will be executed [tomorrow] by the state of Texas. Intravenous tubes attached to his arms will carry the instrument of death, a toxic fluid designed specifically for the purpose of killing human beings. The witnesses...will behold Callins...strapped to a gurney, seconds away from extinction. Within days, or perhaps hours, the memory of Callins will begin to fade. The wheels of justice will churn again, and somewhere, another jury or another judge will have the...task of determining whether some human being is to live or die.
From this day forward, I no longer shall tinker with the machinery of death. For more than 20 years I have endeavored...to develop...rules that would lend more than the mere appearance of fairness to the death penalty endeavor...Rather than continue to coddle the court's delusion that the desired level of fairness has been achieved...I feel...obligated simply to concede that the death penalty experiment has failed. It is virtually self-evident to me now that no combination of procedural rules or substantive regulations ever can save the death penalty from its inherent constitutional deficiencies... Perhaps one day this court will develop procedural rules or verbal formulas that actually will provide consistency, fairness and reliability in a capital-sentencing scheme. I am not optimistic that such a day will come. I am more optimistic, though, that this court eventually will conclude that the effort to eliminate arbitrariness while preserving fairness in the infliction of death is so plainly doomed to failure that it and the death penalty must be abandoned altogether.' (Godfrey v. Georgia, 1980) I may not live to see that day, but I have faith that eventually it will arrive. The path the court has chosen lessen us all."
Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia, from an opinion concurring in the Supreme Court's decision denying review in a Texas death penalty case, Callins v. Collins, Feb. 22, 1994.
"The Fifth Amendment provides that no persons shall be held to answer for a capital...crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury...nor be deprived of life...without the due process of law.' This clearly permits the death penalty to be imposed, and establishes beyond doubt that the death penalty is not one of the 'cruel and unusual punishments' prohibited by the Eighth Amendment. However, over the years since 1972 this court has attached to the imposition of the death penalty two quite incompatible sets of commands: the sentencer's discretion to impose death must be closely confined (see Furman v. Georgia, 1972), but the sentencer's discretion not to impose death (to extend mercy) must be unlimited (Eddings v. Oklahoma, 1982; Lockett v. Ohio, 1978). These commands were invented without benefit of any textual or historical support; they are the product of just such 'intellectual, moral, and personal' perceptions as Justice Blackmun expresses today, some of which...have been made part of what is called 'the court's Eighth Amendment jurisprudence.'
Justice Blackmun begins his statement by describing with poignancy the death of a convicted murderer by lethal injection. He chooses, as the case in which to make that statement, one of the less brutal of the murders that regularly come before us, the murder of a man ripped by a bullet suddenly and unexpectedly, with no opportunity to prepare himself and his affairs, and left to bleed to death on the floor of a tavern. The death-by-injection which Justice Blackmun describes looks pretty desirable next to that. It looks even better next to some of the other cases currently before us, which Justice Blackmun did not select as the vehicle for his announcement that the death penalty is always unconstitutional."
Taylor Swift Love Story Lyrics
We were both young when I first saw you
I close my eyes
And the flashback starts
I'm standing there
On a balcony in summer air
See the lights,
See the party,
the ball gowns
I see you make your way through the crowd
And say hello
Little did I know
That you were Romeo, you were throwing pebbles
And my daddy said stay away from Juliet
And I was crying on the staircase
Begging you please don't go, and I said
Romeo take me somewhere we can be alone
I'll be waiting all there's left to do is run
You'll be the prince and I'll be the princess
It's a love story baby just say yes
So I sneak out to the garden to see you
We keep quiet cause we're dead if they knew
So close your eyes
Escape this town for a little while
Cause you were Romeo, I was a scarlet letter
And my daddy said stay away from Juliet
But you were everything to me
I was begging you please don't go and I said
Romeo take me somewhere we can be alone
I'll be waiting all there's left to do is run
You'll be the prince and I'll be the princess
It's a love story baby just say yes
Romeo save me, they try to tell me how to feel
This love is difficult, but it's real,
Don't be afraid
We'll make it out of this mess
It's a love story baby just say yes
Oh oh,
I got tired of waiting
Wondering if you were ever coming around
My faith in you is fading
When I met you on the outskirts of town, and I said
Romeo save me I've been feeling so alone
I keep waiting for you but you never come
Is this in my head, I don't know what to think
He knelt to the ground and pulled out a ring,
And said,
Marry me Juliet you'll never have to be alone
I love you and that's all I really know
I talked to your dad, go pick out a white dress
It's a love story baby just say yes
Oh, oh, oh
Oh, oh, oh, oh
Cause we were both young when I first saw you

100 Days in English Only. Day 3
It is Thursday, today. Every Thursday, I have a piano lesson before. There will be no more. If you want something, you have to give up others.
Why living in a world without Chinese is good one’s English learning? Once we can think in a certain language, we master that language. So, I am doing best to build a wall between the voices of Chinese and myself. It is very hard. The Chinese from others and my inner mind are just like flood. Every minute, I remind myself to think in English and I talk to myself in English.
What is in my iPod? They are the hottest music nowadays and English dialogues. Where do I get them? First, I get on iTunes Store with my iTunes. After, I will know what the hottest music is. But what shall I do with no money to buy music from iTunes store? Don’t worry. It is the time for Baidu. We can search and download these songs from Baidu for free. The English dialogues and news are downloaded from:
http://www.voanews.com/english/webcast-languages.cfm?selectlanguage=English
And
I use Google instead of Baidu other time.
And if you want to know the meaning of a English word, a English-English dictionary will be better.
I use RANDOM HOUSE WEBSTER’S Concise DICTIONARY.
GOOD NIGHT AND GOOD LUCK.

100 days in English only. DAY 2
Wow, this is the second day of my great plan. The first thing I get up is to turn on my computer, get on voa on line (http://www.voanews.com/english/webcast-languages.cfm?selectlanguage=English)
And keep it on for the whole day. Even when I go to bed at night, I don’t turn it off. I hope I can dream in English. To achieve my goal, I have to give up a lot of things. I don’t go to karaoke with my friends, because they would speak Chinese. I don’t chat with my friends using qq, because they would speak Chinese, instead I use msn to chat with my foreign friends. Similarly, I use facebook instead of xiaonei. I will not take my fitness class because the coach will communicate will me in Chinese, instead I will do fitness myself, so I can listen to English in my iPod while I am running. This morning, I took a taxi to go to wujiaochang, I pretend there is something wrong with my throat or I could not speak and passed the driver the note I wrote before, so I don’t have to speak Chinese. You can see how crazy I am. Once there is a man create a method of learning English. His name is Liyang. I think I am crazier than him. I just speak English and do not care what other people think about me. I only speak English with all my friend whenever on phone, face to face or on the net. They said “what’s wrong with you?” I just say I am learning English. So if you want to speak good English, you need to be not afraid of loosing face.
At noon, I went to a restaurant. I am sure the waitress does not understand English, so I just point at the dish on the menu and keep silence. The topic of today’s class in EF this afternoon is “how to start a business”. I present an idea about set up a new kind of business about fashion. Put simply, I will design and sell parts of a cloth and let the customer put parts together as they like. A girl said it was a good idea and she want to help me to work on it. We communicated on the idea after class. I am very happy, although it is just an idea. And I took the test today of my English level. I will know the result in one or two days. My goal is to speak English like a native speak and I will work on it. Never, never, never give up.

What happened? After i guaduated from school, i thought i should do something. And I know I have some gift on how to invest, so i started a company to help people on investment. I belive the more you contributute to the society, the more society will give back to you. I thought i could make some achievment with my company. But things are not like what I planed. As the price of gold and silver are crashing down, I lost some part of my money and even the rent for the company means a lot to me. More the company did not make money as I thought. So I began ask myself, Why? What can I do for others? After a time of rains and storm in my mind. The answer is slowly coming from the water. One should do things that can mostly use one's ability. Obviously, for me, maybe be a enturpornurer is not good as a small roll of the car of big company. Because what I learned, who I knew and the money I have is not enough for dreams of mine. So I decided to find a job.
Why English? As we all know, a international elet should master English very well. But I can't. You can see from my writing. There must be many mistakes. I have friends and classmates going aboard studying. And they can find a job overseas. Because they are in the English studying countries, they learn English much fast than we in China. I don't want to fall behind. A day, an idea came out of my mind. Why not pretend to be a foreigner in Shanghai, forget all the Chinese, only speak English? What is the differences between "being" a foreigner in Shanghai and studying overseas? Because I don't have that much of money studying overseas, I can make myself in Shanghai "overseas". There are so much English website. There are many foreigners in Shanghai. It is possible that make yourself believe you are in America or Europe.
How to inplement? Today is Sep. 23nd in 2008. If I came speak only english till the first day of 2009, it is 100 days ,not more not less.If the time of "going aboard" is less then 3 months, the improving of my English may not be very exordenery, and if the time is more than 3 months, it will be not very convenint, because indeed I am still in China. So here is the plan:forget all my chinese, don't litsen to Chinese, don't speak Chinese, don't write in Chinese, don't read Chinese, even don't think in Chinese, lesten only English, write only in English, read only in English, even think only in English. I know it is not a easy task, but i will do my best to filful it and I am willing to record this 100 days in a form of dairy on blog, for me ,it is a motive, and for the many Chinese who are learning English ,it may be a good method. And I will do a English Level test in Ef later taday or tomorow. Then I will test my Enlish level in a month to see whether I am progressing. Then do test in two month, then in three month almost the 100th day. We will see if it is a good mothed of learning Enlish. I won't cheat about the score of the test. And I hope you will see the proving of my wringting each day, because It is a dairy, and i think the level won't hide from the words. My goal is to speak English like a native speaker. How can i achieve that goal. Maybe this is the only way. You and me ,we wait and see.

以下是关于问卷的来历,引自http://www.chick.net/proust/question.html
The Infamous Proust QuestionnaireIn the back pages of Vanity Fair each month, readers find The Proust Questionnaire, a series of questions posed to famous subjects about their lives, thoughts, values and experience. A regular reference to Proust in such a major publication struck me as remarkable, and it was only until I'd read Andre Maurois's Proust: Portrait of a Genius that I understood what this was all about.
The young Marcel was asked to fill out questionnaires at two social events: one when he was 13, another when he was 20. Proust did not invent this party game; he is simply the most extraordinary person to respond to them. At the birthday party of Antoinette Felix-Faure, the 13-year-old Marcel was asked to answer the following questions in the birthday book, and here's what he said:
What do you regard as the lowest depth of misery?
To be separated from Mama Where would you like to live?
In the country of the Ideal, or, rather, of my ideal What is your idea of earthly happiness?
To live in contact with those I love, with the beauties of nature, with a quantity of books and music, and to have, within easy distance, a French theater To what faults do you feel most indulgent?

Reading, dreaming, and writing verse Who would you have liked to be?
Since the question does not arise, I prefer not to answer it. All the same, I should very much have liked to be Pliny the Younger.
This questionnaire tells us much about two things, the character of petiit Marcel, and the amusement of the young in the Belle Epoque. We see Marcel as a sweet and dreamy Mama's boy, brainy, aesthetic, a young citizen of the world with much sympathy for the feminine. What he sees in Pliny the Younger, famous only for speaking and writing letters, is hard to grasp.
What is fascinating about this questionnaire is that it was considered so great an amusement to very young people in Proust's time. It is hard to imagine a party of 13-year-olds in these times being quizzed about their favorite virtues, painters or characters of fiction and history. If the questionnaire were not to smack of exam, it would have to ask "what's your favorite TV show?" or "what's your favorite band?"
Seven years after the first questionnaire, Proust was asked, at another social event, to fill out another; the questions are much the same, but the answers somewhat different, indicative of his traits at 20:
Your most marked characteristic?
A craving to be loved, or, to be more precise, to be caressed and spoiled rather than to be admired The quality you most like in a man?
Feminine charm The quality you most like in a woman?

Tenderness - provided they possess a physical charm which makes their tenderness worth having What is your principle defect?
Lack of understanding; weakness of will What is your favorite occupation?
Loving What is your dream of happiness?
Not, I fear, a very elevated one. I really haven't the courage to say what it is, and if I did I should probably destroy it by the mere fact of putting it into words. What to your mind would be the greatest of misfortunes?
Never to have known my mother or my grandmother What would you like to be?
Myself - as those whom I admire would like me to be In what country would you like to live?
One where certain things that I want would be realized - and where feelings of tenderness would always be reciprocated. [Proust's underlining] What is your favorite color?
Beauty lies not in colors but in thier harmony What is your favorite flower?
Hers - but apart from that, all What is your favorite bird?
The swallow Who are your favorite prose writers?

My own enlistment as a volunteer! What reform do you most admire?
(no response) What natural gift would you most like to possess?
Will power and irresistible charm How would you like to die?
A better man than I am, and much beloved What is your present state of mind?
Annoyance at having to think about myself in order to answer these questions To what faults do you feel most indulgent?
Those that I understand What is your motto?
I prefer not to say, for fear it might bring me bad luck.
The second set of questions and answers give us Proust as a young man, mad for conquest, drawn to love crossing conventional sexual lines, still fixated on Mama. His aesthetic sensibilities have grown more serious (I, however, would not give up Mozart for Schumann, with all his interminable faux endings.) In these responses are early threads of character found in the narrator of Remembrance.
The Vanity Fair Story...When the editors of Vanity Fair gathered to discuss a regular interview format for coming issues, one staff member suggested creating a "Vanity Fair Questionnaire." The magazine's London editor, Henry Porter, and Editor-in-Chief Graydon Carter, brought up the idea of the Proust Questionnaire, which met with the hearty approval of the numerous Proust afficianados on the staff. Senior Editor Aimee Bell , a fan herself, took on the task of researching and producing this feature, with the assistance of the University of Kansas professor Theodore Johnson, a noted authority on Proust. Since July of 1993, a major celebrity has responded to a version of the questionnaire, found in the back pages of each issue.
I mentioned to Ms. Bell that I had not dared to contact Professor Johnson, or any of the other university Proustians, because my own work was so unacademic. "Why?" she said, "Proust would have liked it."
